Total View Endo illumination probe with adjustable fiber/light intensity (box/6, sterile)
This 2meter illuminated bending laser probe is indicated for Endo-Ocular laser photocoagulation treatments in order to provide coagulation and illumination during surgical interventions at laser operating wavelength of 500 to 1,100nm. The laser fiber is terminated from one side with a connector that attaches the fiber end to the laser source. It is terminated from one side with a connector that attaches the fiber end to the illumination machine. From the other side, it is terminated with handpiece by a proximal stainless steel tubing that is 23 gauge in size that holds the tip of the laser and illumination fibers. This device allows to safely and effectively transmit laser energy from the laser source to the surgical site, facilitated by the aiming beam that is provided by the laser source. The laser spot size at 4mm away is 1mm.
